Do I have to become a member to use your services?

No, we don't have memberships. We give you the freedom to go wherever you like. There are no obligations, recurring payments or hidden fees.

Are all women in your catalogue real?

Yes, they are. All profiles are screened before publication. We have several methods to do so. Once on the site, we have no doubt about the serious intentions of the featured woman.

I noticed women who were already on your site several months ago. Does it make sense to write these women?

Yes, it does. It takes long to find a partner through the Internet, especially for women. There is only a small number of Western men seriously searching a Russian woman, and men often write the same women. Some ladies have to wait a long time before they get their first letter from a man. And that's only the first letter, not a relationship .....

You have a Top 12 of popular ladies. Should I write a woman that is in the Top 12? She might get so many replies that I have no chance .....

Wrong. It does make sense to write a Top 12 lady. The Top 12 only tells you which profiles were viewed most over a given period of time. This does not mean the addresses of these ladies were also sold the most.

I  noticed that some of your women are also featured by other agencies. Do you buy or steal profiles?

No. All profiles are submitted by each woman personally. However, some ladies submit their profile to several agencies, as this improves their chance.

Other agencies charge $ 10 or $ 15 per address, you ask considerably less. How can you do that?

We want to give every man and woman a fair chance to find a life partner. Therefore we decided to keep our price lower than most other agencies. As a consequence we have to keep our expenses equally low. We can do so by working from a home-based office and concentrating on our most essential services.

Why do these women want to leave their country?

When should I use your translation services?

Many Russian women can only understand English with a dictionary. Even women who state their English is fair, often need help to understand a letter. For their convenience it's better to send translated letters.

How do women join your agency?

We have agents in Russia and Ukraine who know women personally. Many ladies join us through them. We also publish ads in newspapers and on Russian web sites. Ladies can find a questionnaire on our website.

Do women have to pay for your service?

No, never. Only men pay.

Is it safe to pay by credit card for your service?

Yes, it is perfectly safe. Payment is handled by PayPal, one of the leading Internet payment service providers. They use the most modern technology to make sure your credit card information is not visible for anyone else. In fact, even Russian Ladies Agency is not able to see it, or keep it on file. We receive just the same order form that you get, followed by a confirmation of payment, sent by PayPal.

I do not have a credit card. Can I pay for your service in a different way?

We can serve you much quicker if you pay by credit card. However, there are other payment options, like transferring money to our bank account or by using your PayPal account. Please contact service@russianladiesagency.com for further details.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still pay for your service?

Yes. PayPal does not require an account anymore. You can pay just using your credit card. Or sign up for an account - it only takes a few minutes and gives you several benefits.

When will I receive the addresses I ordered?

Ordered addresses are sent by email as soon as we receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal. Usually this is within minutes, but in odd cases it can take a few hours. If you haven't received the addresses within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us and we'll see if something went wrong. Bank transfers take a few days to be completed.

Will I receive my order by email or by snail mail?

We only use email. This is the quickest, and it saves us (and eventually you) money.

What should I do if my letter is returned?

We work hard to provide you with recent and correct information about our ladies. However, mistakes are made and things do change. Therefore, if your letter was returned as undeliverable, we kindly ask you to report this to service@russianladiesagency.com. In return you have the right to get five addresses of your choice. This (unique) guarantee applies only to postal addresses.

I sent a lady a letter by email, but the server returned it as undeliverable. Can I get another address for free?

Our guarantee only applies to postal addresses. What happens with email addresses is beyond our control. Ladies may change their email address without letting us know, mailboxes can be full and sometimes servers reject your letter because they 'think' it is spam. Our advice: try to send your letter once more the next day. If it is returned again, please write us.

The phone number of a woman doesn't seem to work. What can I do?

Phone lines in Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union can be very bad and unstable, or your connection is not even established. So if you can't reach your lady by phone, don't panic. Simply try again later. If problems persist, let us know.

I noticed a lady on your site that has no e-mail address available. I thought you only list ladies with e-mail!

Once ladies register at our agency they all have working email addresses. Sometimes we find out that, after a while, an email address doesn't work anymore. However, if we know that this lady is still trustworthy we may keep her listed, with the note on her profile page that there is no email address available. We also reduce the price of her contact information. By the way, the percentage of ladies without an actual email address is not more than 10!

What's your policy towards scammers?

Zero tolerance. This policy starts when reviewing a woman's application. We do not accept women that refuse to give postal and email addresses or do not submit information about their job or occupation. We go through several databases to see if she has been reported as a scammer. If everything is OK, we put her on the site. Afterwards we regularly check if given addresses are still correct. If there is something suspicious about a woman, we refuse to list her or -if she's already registered- we remove her from the site.

A woman asked me for money. What should I do?

Don't send money to a woman you have never met, for whatever purpose the money was asked. If you had a bad experience with one of the ladies on our site, you should report it immediately to service@russianladiesagency.com so we can take action. Forward the letter to us in which she asked for money.

I want my profile to be removed from your database. What should I do?

Profiles are only removed on personal request by the lady, using her email address that we have on file (or by sending a hand written and signed personal letter). To prevent fraud it is only accepted if the concerning lady does it herself, and not her friend or fiancé. Russian Ladies Agency will remove the ad from the Internet within two weeks after reception of the request. Inbetween the lady's contact details won't be sold anymore.

I want to end my subscription to your newsletter. How can I do this?

At the end of each newsletter you find a link to unsubsribe. Click and you're off the list.

What will you do with my customer details?

Customer information does not leave our desk. We respect your privacy and do not hand over personal details to third parties.

I like to visit your office. Is this possible?

Russian Ladies Agency keeps the costs down in order to give you the best possible benefits. As a result of this we don't run an offline office that is open to our customers, or have an offline catalogue.
